Fill a tall glass with ice
Squeeze and add 2 lime wedges
Stir in 30ml gin & 60ml Fruté Berry
Top with sparkling water and stir
Grind 2 tsp crystallized ginger in a spice grinder, then mix with 4 tsp caster sugar in a saucer
Rub lemon wedge on rims of 2 glasses
Dip rims in ginger-sugar mixture
Pour 1/2 bottle of Fruté Orange Vanilla and 30ml Calvados over ice in a highball glass
Garnish with orange slice
Serves 4
Puree 1/2 cup mint leaves, 1 bottle of Fruté Berry, and 4 tbls sugar in a blender
Press through a fine sieve into a bowl, discard seeds and pulp
Rinse blender, then return puree to blender
Add 125ml bourbon and ice; blending until smooth
Pour into glasses
Garnish with mint sprigs
Serves 6 to 8
Combine 2 bottles of Fruté Orange Vanilla in a large saucepan with strips of orange peel
Add 1l cranberry juice, 3-4 cinnamon sticks, fresh ginger slices and sugar to taste
Heat on medium-high then simmer 20 mins
Strain, discarding solids
Serve hot, or allow to cool and serve over ice
Muddle lime wedges in a tall glass
Add bruised mint leaves, crushed ice and a dash of sugar syrup to taste
Pour in bottle of Fruté Berry
Stir in 60ml of 26000 Crystalline vodka
Top with soda water
Garnish with mint
Pour 45ml Fruté Orange Vanilla into a champagne flute
Add 30ml 26000 Crystalline Vodka
Top with Champagne
Garnish with orange peel twist
